Exchange/cancellation/return

You have a 14 days right to cancellation from the delivery date of your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase, please notify Nicklas Hemming Johansen (TAB studio) of your cancellation within 3 days from the date of delivery. You, the customer, must return the item within 14 days of this notification.

You, the customer, are in charge of arranging and paying for the return shipping of the art piece.

The return is only accepted in undamaged condition. Once the item has been returned, reviewed and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days – minus a handling fee of 75 DKK.

Purchases are shipped worldwide. Shipping costs are based on your country of residence. If you have questions about delivery or tracking, please contact contact@nicklashemming.com.

Payment

All stated amounts are in DKK incl. VAT. 

Nicklas Hemming Johansen (TAB studio) accepts payments with VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay or bank transfer.

Payments will be deducted from your account when the order is being processed (once we have agreed on shipping costs and the framing process has begun).

Stripe encrypts your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that Nicklas Hemming Johansen (TAB studio) does not get any access to your credit card information, ensuring you against abuse and fraud. Nicklas Hemming Johansen (TAB studio) only registers your personal information with the purpose of delivering your purchase.

Privacy Policy

Nicklas Hemming Johansen (TAB studio) will not disclose information about customers to third parties unless necessary to complete a transaction. Nicklas Hemming Johansen (TAB studio) will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or any other personal data to any third party without your prior permission and consent.

The above mentioned conditions apply in any case where no other written agreement has been made between you and Nicklas Hemming Johansen (TAB studio).

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase with Nicklas Hemming Johansen (TAB studio). If you are under the age of 18, you must have the written consent of your parents or legal guardian.
